Description of Fees

Tuition & Related Fees Schedule 

Tuition

The basic fee is assessed to students for enrollment in credit courses at any of the state universities. Tuition is determined by a number of factors, including the student’s residency status, the number of credit hours for which the student is registered, the student’s course of study, and the student’s classification level.

 

Out-Of-State Fee

This fee helps support the unique costs associated with the administration of out-of-state student enrollment at a State of Florida University. 

 

Financial Aid & Non-Resident Financial Aid Fee

The revenue from these fees shall be used to provide financial aid based on student’s demonstrated financial needs.

 

Capital Improvement Fee

The revenue from this fee may be used to fund any project or real property acquisition that meets the requirements of the State of Florida.

 

Transportation Fee

The revenue from this fee shall support the university’s transportation infrastructure and increase student access to transportation services.

 

Activity & Services Fee 

The revenue from this fee shall be expended for lawful purposes to benefit the student body in general. This shall include, but shall not be limited to, student publications and grants to duly recognized student organizations, the membership of which is open to all students at the university without regard to race, sex, or religion.

 

Athletic Fee 

The revenue from this fee is used to support Florida Poly’s athletic programs. 

 

Health Fee 

Revenue from this fee supports our partnership with Lakeland Regional Health for our student health services. 

 

Technology Fee

The revenue from this fee helps support instructional technology and technology advancement and support including the 4-HELP Desk, college technology support, and academic instructional technology initiatives.
